* Develop strong relationships of trust and confidence with existing and new customers.
* Quickly understand customer needs and problems.
* Continuously monitor their market and be alert to any changes in customer behavior, trends, spending patterns.
* Continuously monitor actions of competitors and get to know their strengths and weaknesses.
* Pro-actively respond to customers' needs, call before being called.
* Sell value, quality, safety, not price.
* Make cold calls, record actions and prepare effectively for next call.
* Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
* Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.
* Recommend changes in service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
* Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge of industry.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Other duties as requested.

Position Requirements
* At least 4 years of directly applicable experience to the services sector of the oil well drilling industry with a network that includes middle and upper management members of major companies within the industry.
* Able and willing to devote necessary time and energy to a 24/7 business environment.
* Appealing, inviting, welcoming general appearance and personality.
* Behavior that exudes sincerity and strong willingness to help.
* Knowledge of all aspects of the oil procurement process, not just the services that will be sold.
* Valid driver license, clean driving record, defensive driving training is a plus.
* Able to manage multiple demands and work well under pressure.
* Assertive with persistence.
* Integrity.
