We're hiring a Parts & Materials Supervisor to manage the inventory that keeps our production and maintenance teams operating without interruption. This isn't a retail parts counter job - it's about overseeing a critical internal storeroom that supports a complex manufacturing environment.

You'll coordinate with purchasing, production, and maintenance crews to ensure the right parts, tools, and materials are on hand - when and where they're needed. If you know your way around a plant storeroom and understand the urgency of uptime, we want to hear from you.



Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all day-to-day operations of the storeroom and parts inventory

- Ensure timely flow of materials to production lines and maintenance teams

- Monitor inventory levels and reorder parts based on usage and lead times

- Supervise a small team - train, schedule, and ensure safe handling practices

- Collaborate with maintenance and operations leaders on critical parts planning

- Implement process improvements to reduce delays, stockouts, and downtime

- Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems



What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years in parts/materials management, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting

- Experience supporting maintenance teams with tools, components, and MRO parts

- Prior supervisory or lead experience

- Comfortable using inventory software and Excel to track, audit, and report

- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an active plant environment

- Forklift experience or certification preferred



Bonus Points:

- Degree or coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations

- Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement

- Familiarity with CMMS systems and MRO inventory control
