What You'll Be Doing:

- Lead ERP updates, modifications, and optimizations without the need for hand-holding

- Drive full lifecycle implementation projects-from scoping to go-live and beyond

- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor configurations that meet evolving business needs

- Troubleshoot and resolve system challenges proactively and efficiently

- Maintain system performance, structure, and compliance with internal standards



What You Bring:

- In-depth Syspro experience-you'll be the in-house specialist

- Proven ability to lead ERP rollouts or major upgrades solo

- Strong problem-solving instincts with little need for supervision

- Ability to translate business workflows into functional system solutions

- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams



Bonus Skills:

- Familiarity with Syspro modules in finance, inventory, production, and supply chain

- Background in manufacturing or industrial distribution

- Working knowledge of SQL
