Job Description:

Job Summary:The Catheterization Laboratory Technologist plays a vital role in the Cardiovascular and Bariatric Services department, operating complex equipment and digital processing systems to support patient care. As a key member of the team, this individual will assist in procedures, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and contribute to the department's overall success.Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain cath lab equipment and digital processing systems
Assist in procedures, including scrubbing and X-ray equipment operation
Contribute to the general operation of the department, including supply management and maintaining a clean work environment
Develop and maintain knowledge of growth and development principles to perform procedures on patients of all agesRequirements:
- Current Rad Tech License - Louisiana State Board of Radiology
- Current Rad Tech ARRT National license
- Current BLS
- ACLS preferred and highly encouragedWork Schedule and Type:TBD, Per Diem As Needed
