Job Description Anesthesiologist for Southwest Louisiana COMPENSATION: Base $600k | TOTAL COMPENSATION RANGE $700-$800K Role: - Base salary: $600k - Signing bonus: $75,000 (3 year commitment) - No In-House call - Bonus: 90% ASA Unit metrics met annually $25kEmployed by the Hospital - Day, Float/Night Float system - Average of 1 weekend call per month - Hospital: Level III trauma center - 2 facilities 315 bed main campus and 52 bed multidisciplinary women’s hospital - Main campus 15 OR’s, 4 rooms Endoscopy suites, 1 Pulmonary suite - Women’s campus 6 OR’s - Pediatric services: Typically 3-4 wks.
