At LineTec our Human Resources Manager will provide a broad range of end-to-end HR services. You will support everything from talent acquisition through exit which includes but is not limited to: the administration of Human Resources policies and procedures, labor relations, benefits, employment practices, onboarding, salary administration, training, talent acquisition and other related functions. The first 12-18 months will include significant work related to the integration of Linetec Services with Centuri Construction Group as a result of the recent acquisition.

Responsibilities:
--- Provide expert human resources support in a multi-state environment
--- Communicate new, changing, and existing policies and procedures, and ensures understanding and compliance
--- Effectively support change management initiatives by communicating the change and helping people move from current to future state
--- Assist managers and supervisors on employee relations issues
--- Advise managers on performance management, disciplinary actions and termination decisions
--- Maintain HRIS records and employee files
--- Assist with processing new hires, transfers, terminations, leaves of absences and exit surveys
--- Perform recruiting activities and assist supervisors and managers in the recruiting process as needed
--- Build strategic alliances with organizations that further our strategic employment efforts
--- Administer new hire process, conduct orientation and onboarding and communicate benefits package
--- Assist managers and employees with career development opportunities
--- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Education, Skills, Experience Needed:
--- Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years HR experience or equivalent education and work experience
--- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products and HRIS system (SAP, SuccessFactors and QuickBooks a plus)
--- Strong knowledge of all Human Resources disciplines
--- Demonstrated success leading organizations through change
--- Ability to collaborate across all work groups and influence without authority
--- Knowledge of safety practices, Worker's Compensation and basic OSHA regulations
--- Analytical, problem solving and long-term planning skills
--- Written and verbal communication skill
--- Ability to be flexible and open to multiple opinions and interpretations
--- Ability to maintain confidentiality
--- Experience with mergers and acquisitions a plus

Working Environment:
--- Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
--- Regular visits to construction sites requiring use of personal protective equipment with exposure to adverse conditions
--- Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
--- Travel will be required as needed
--- Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
--- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
--- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

--- Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
--- Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
