Description: Our Kitchen Manager must have passion and dedication
for the culinary arts and share their experience and enthusiasm
with the rest of the team. Maintaining high standards for
cleanliness, food quality and guest service will be your number 1

and evaluating the culinary personnel will be maintained by the

Administrative functions including scheduling, inventory control
and understanding of P&L reports will also be the

Restaurant Manager Job Description: Our Restaurant Manager must be
detail oriented, highly committed to excellence and well-rounded in
both the BOH and FOH. The Restaurant Manager will be dedicated to
providing exceptional customer service along with having great
communication skills. The Restaurant Manager will work directly
under the General Manager to assist in overseeing all restaurant
operations including the FOH, BOH and all administrative and
financial duties. As the Restaurant Manager it will be up to you to
lead by example, showing enthusiasm while you motivate and inspire
your team. The Restaurant Manager must be able to manage the
workflow in a fast-paced environment and be a master of
