Ruby NEEDS: An experienced Restaurant Manager who is excited about running a growing brunch-only concept restaurant. Ruby WANTS: A motivated morning person who can manage both pancakes and people. We want someone who will take charge of the restaurant while helping their staff reach their full potential, while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest every time.
