Locums Emergency Medicine Physician in Lake Charles, Louisiana - No Call, Flexible Shifts Work in a Level III trauma center in Lake Charles with flexible shift options and no call responsibilities. This ongoing assignment offers strong volume and a steady need for coverage. Highlights No call responsibilities Flexible shift selection with days, nights, and swing options Ongoing coverage with multiple openings Practice & Cases Level III trauma center with inpatient and outpatient emergency care High-volume emergency department serving all ages Full scope EM procedures including airways, lines, and chest tubes Supported by additional physicians and advanced practice providers Schedule 12-hour weekday shifts and 10-hour weekend shifts Multiple start times, including day, swing, and night coverage Ability to group shifts for continuity or travel Increased need for weekend and afternoon coverage Requirements Board-certified in Emergency Medicine Active Louisiana license or IMLC LOQ ACLS, BLS, and DEA required Logistics Travel and lodging provided Rental car or mileage reimbursement available Credentialing timeframe approximately 60-90 days Want to see which shifts are still unfilled?
