About the Opportunity Core Clinical Partners is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine physician to join our team at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, Louisiana—the largest healthcare provider in Northeast Louisiana. This role is ideal for physicians who want the clinical challenge of a high-volume Emergency Department in a community-focused environment—without the overcrowding, traffic, and cost of a major metro. Practice Highlights — St. Francis Emergency Department - Annual ED Volume: 55,000 visits - Trauma Level: Provisioning Level III Trauma Center - Designations: Chest Pain Center & Stroke Center - Coverage Model: - 36–46 hours/day physician coverage - 48 hours/day APP coverage - Support & Technology: - Scribes - Epic EMR with Cleo AI scribe support Position Highlights - Flexible schedules with full-time or part-time options - 1099 Independent Contractor model - Competitive hourly rate - Malpractice with tail coverage provided - No non-compete agreements - EM preferred; experienced IM/FM physicians with meaningful ED experience encouraged to apply Qualifications - Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine preferred - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians considered with strong, recent ED practice - Eligible for Louisiana medical licensure - Commitment to high-quality patient care and collaborative ED teamwork About St. Francis Medical Center For more than 100 years, St. Francis Medical Center has extended the healing ministry of Jesus Christ to those most in need.
