Job Description Job Description Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Position Type: Full-Time Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CRNA to join our elite team. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, with or without call obligations, and the opportunity to work across a range of surgical settings and specialties. You would have the opportunity to work in a major trauma center and/or two outpatient surgical hospitals. One of which was recognized as a center of Excellence in Anesthesia! We strive to align each team member with case types that suit their clinical strengths and interests. Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia independently or in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals. Monitor patient vitals during procedures and adjust anesthesia as needed. Provide pre-operative assessments and post-operative care. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility guidelines. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing clinical education. Case Types May Include: Trauma Orthopedics General Surgery GI procedures ENT Outpatient procedures Qualifications: Current and unrestricted Louisiana RN and APRN license NBCRNA certification Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Commitment to patient-centered care and team collaboration New Graduates are welcome
