Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Engage in performance evaluations and seek feedback for continuous improvement. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care as needed. Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times. Assist in achieving departmental targets and contribute to team success. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Utilize data and metrics to assess patient care effectiveness and outcomes. Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and communication. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in nursing care. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in Mississippi or compact state for MedSurg nursing.
