Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts with every
other weekend requirement Highlights: Mixed cardiac and medical ICU
with complex case mix including DKA, acute respiratory failure,
MIs, CABGs, and ventilator management Nurse-to-patient ratio of 2:1
for ICU patients and 4:1 for IMCU patients No call requirement and
no floating to other units Temp-to-permanent opportunity available
for the right candidate Structured onboarding with designated
preceptor and comprehensive competency validation Full-time night
shift position with consistent scheduling Requirements: Current New
Mexico RN license or current Compact state license BLS
certification via American Heart Association ACLS certification via
American Heart Association required TNCC certification required One
year of Critical Care experience preferred; new graduates will be
considered Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred Why It's
