Job Description:
*Hospitalist Perm Need**Location:* Monroe, LA*Facility:* Level
III Trauma Center, 321 beds*Schedule:* 7 on / 7 off, Wednesday
through Tuesday*Shifts:* 12-hour shifts, 183 shifts/year minimum
requirement*Position Overview:*Join a busy Level III Trauma Center
with a sharp increase in census. Due to nearby competing hospitals
closing down, this facility is experiencing a massive influx of
patients, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The
area of coverage includes approximately 16 local parishes.*Key
Responsibilities:** Provide emergency care in a busy trauma center
with an average of 14-16 patients per day and 2-3 admits.* Work
within a *closed ICU* and focus on emergency medicine, with *no
procedures required*.* Participate in a *7 on/7 off* schedule,
providing a work-life balance.*Minimum Requirements:**
*Experience:** New graduates welcome!* 3+ years of experience
preferred for higher salary rate.* *Certification/License:* Must be
board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.*
*Availability:* Ideally, candidates should be able to start within
3-6 months.*Additional Information:** 183 shifts/year minimum
requirement ensures job stability and full-time commitment.*
