Job Description:

Registered Nurse (RN) position in the Emergency Department, responsible for assessing patient health, leading nursing care, and providing technical interventions.
The RN will work with the nursing team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring a high level of quality and safety. The RN will also communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize workflow and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The RN will be responsible for:

• Assessing patient health and developing individualized care plans
  
• Providing technical nursing care and interventions
  
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  
• Prioritizing workflow and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Current Louisiana RN License
    
  • Current BLS
    
  • ACLS & PALS within 3 months of hire
    
  • De-Escalation certification
    
  • TNCC certification preferred
