Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse-Preoperative-Full Time position at Christus Health is a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety in the preoperative setting. As a key member of the surgical team, the successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient health, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
• Implement evidence-based practices and protocols to promote patient safety and quality care.

• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.Requirements
  • Current Louisiana RN License
  • Current BLS Card
  • Current PALS certification
  • One-year recent experience preferred
