Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Acute Telemetry department. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing plan of care.Responsibilities

Provide technical nursing care and interventions to a designated patient population.
Assess patient health problems and resources, and develop a plan of care to address these needs.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.Requirements
- One year of experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry setting preferred.
- Current Louisiana RN license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.Work Schedule and TypeFull-time position with a TBD work schedule.
