Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Christus Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and develop individualized care plans to address their unique needs.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of Louisiana.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • One year of recent experience in ICU or critical care nursing preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • English required, bilingual (English/Spanish; English/French) preferred.Work Schedule and TypeFull-time position with a TBD work schedule.
