This comprehensive program is designed to provide a supportive and challenging environment for new nurses to develop their skills and confidence.Program OverviewOur Nurse Residency Program is a 12-month program that includes:

• A comprehensive orientation program
• A preceptorship with a experienced nurse
• A structured curriculum of progressive skill development and patient care assignments
• Ongoing education and supportRequirementsTo be eligible for our Nurse Residency Program, you must:
  • Be a new graduate RN
  • Have a current Louisiana RN license
  • Be CPR certified through the American Heart Association
