  • LA license
  • 1 year experience
  • Strong nursing background and knowledge
  • Advanced skills needed: Telemetry rhythm interpretation
  • Patient Experience : Hourly rounding, bedside shift report, My Care Boards, AIDET
  • BLS
  • ACLS

    • Patient Ratios : 1:6
    • Procedures performed on unit: PICC line removal, vas cath/temp cath removal
    • Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 4 South has 2 stations and uses 2 unit secretaries 0 daily. We utilize patient care techs at all times, the amount and ratio fluctuates depending on census.
    • Type of equipment : Telemetry for each room with monitors in the stations, Dynamaps for vital signs, glucometers, iMobile phones, bladder scanner
    • Documentation system: Meditech
