Responsibilities:\tMedical Gas Administration and aerosol therapy\tObtaining an danalyzing blood specimens\tOperating and maintaining various respiratory and cardiopulmonary equipment\tMaintain artificial airways, provide mechanical ventilation and assist with CPR as needed\tProvide patient education\tAssess equipment function and monitor patient response to therapy What Qualifications You Will Need:\tGraduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program\tCurrent Louisiana Respiratory Care Practitioner License (Certified or Registered)\tCPR for Healthcare Providers to be completed within 30 days of hire\tAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) to be completed within 30 days of hire Rapides Regional Medical Center is an award-winning 328+ bed hospital and ER in Alexandria, Louisiana that offers a wide array of services ranging from Cancer Care to Wound Care, and our medical staff includes doctors in more than 30 medical specialties.
