      Job/Practice Description: Neurologist30% call and 70% office. The inpatient work is only for consultations, no direct admission to neuro service, all is run by hospitalists.Hours/call: Office hrs when not on call 8 to 5 pm. Call schedule is 5 to 6 days of call in a month.Main types of procedures or patients seen: general neurology, with sub specialty preferred but not required, main tests performed are EEG, EMG, botox, baclofen pump management.Average # of patients seen per day: 15 to 182 Neurologists and 2 NPs. Option to have own NP after practice is built up.:350k/year base, PLUS production bonus. With option to became partner of the practice.Open to J1s or H1Bs? Both are welcome.possibility of research, sleep studies prolong eeg, carotid us, transcranial doppler and read own mri images .
