We are looking for a dedicated House Supervisor like you to be a
part of our team.
Responsibilities:
An integral part of the RWCH Management Team
Oversees the daily staffing at RWCH
Works with departments within the hospital to ensure appropriate
and timely patient placement
Assists staff in obtaining needed supplies and equipment
Utilizes chain of command to address departmental or facility
issues
Responds to emergencies at RWCH. Implements emergency plans for the
facility
Interacts with patients, families, staff and physicians to ensure
prompt resolution of concerns
Supports hospital mission, vision and goals
Places personal emphasis on customer service
Ensure staff compliance with hospital/unit policies, procedures,
protocols and guidelines

Qualifications Qualifications You Will Need
5 years L/S, pediatrics, or NICU experience preferred
Previous management experience preferred
BCLS to be completed within 30 days of hire
ACLS to be completed within 30 days of hire
PALS and NRP with 6 months of hire
