General Manager As the key brand ambassador of the cafe, the Tropical Smoothie Caf-- General Manager should not only embrace the belief, but live the lifestyle that when you eat better, you feel better. As the General Manager, you will successfully and effectively manage all caf-- operations including: sales performance, customer service, and ensure that your team delivers amazing with every interaction. The General Manager will serve as the example for their team to ensure that everyone: acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that further promotes the culture, values, and mission of Tropical Smoothie Caf--. Bending, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash. Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers. Safely navigate in a fast-paced caf-- environment. Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.
