(MAI), a nearly 60-year-old firm, is among the leading conventional engineering firms in Louisiana for Infrastructure Engineering and related Construction Management Services. MAI has engineered and provided construction management services for infrastructure projects including highways, roadways, ports, airports, railroads, stormwater systems, drainage systems, site civil for public projects and industrial projects, civil works, port and harbor facilities including water/utility infrastructure including water supply, treatment, storage and distribution, wastewater utility infrastructure including collection, pumping, advanced treatment and river outfall, and major land development projects.
Responsibilities
Meyer & Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a licensed professional civil engineer to join our civil engineering firm in Sulphur, Louisiana to work on a variety of projects for clients within the private, as well as the local, State and Federal sectors. Engineering design and project management efforts shall include a broad range of projects including water and wastewater projects, roadways (subdivision streets to federal highways), drainage projects, airport improvements, as well as port projects.
Essential Requirements

• 
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  
• P.E. License (Preferably Louisiana but can assist in gaining comity)
  
• Engineering experience should include, but is not limited to; water, sewer, roadway, drainage, railroads and earthwork. Airport and port/marine experience is ideal, but not required.
  
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
  
• Self-Motivated
  
• Focus on time and resource management
  
• Solid Communication and Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Auto CAD and/or Civil 3D)
  
• Outstanding personnel management and project execution capabilities
