Job Description:

step into a thriving pediatric anesthesiology team with an
outstanding lifestyle balance! The Opportunity: • Large private
practice of 100 employees. Collaborate with 3 other pediatric
anesthesiologists, 20 anesthesiologists, and around 80 CRNAs • 100%
pediatric anesthesia • Cases include general surgery, ENT, neuro,
trauma, regional, and orthopedics (no cardiac) • Guaranteed
post-call day off • Primarily a supervision role of highly
autonomous CRNAs Compensation & Benefits: • Guaranteed competitive
base salary between $575k-590k • Strong benefits package with
retirement contribution/match • 2-year partnership track • 12 weeks
