Job Description Job Description Electrical Project Manager Electrical Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical construction projects in the commercial and multi-family sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with design teams and clients to ensure project specifications are met. Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules. Oversee contractor performance and quality control measures. Conduct risk management assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Negotiate contracts and manage stakeholder communications effectively. Allocate resources and manage project teams to achieve project objectives. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations. Implement and monitor safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in commercial and multi-family construction. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, design build processes, and fire alarm systems. Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Excellent team leadership and communication skills. Proficient in risk management and contract negotiation. Familiarity with construction management practices and compliance requirements.
