Job Description Job Description Make Ready Technician – Baton Rouge, LA (70806) Pay: $18/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Type: Contract Start Date: Immediate Join BGSF and help prepare homes for new residents! We’re seeking a Make Ready Technician to ensure apartments are move-in ready. If you have strong attention to detail, general maintenance skills, and your own tools, this is a great opportunity to showcase your expertise. Job Responsibilities Complete unit turns, including trash-outs, painting, and punch work Perform general maintenance tasks as needed Assist with cleaning and preparing units for new residents Report any maintenance issues to the property management team Ensure all work meets property standards Qualifications Previous make-ready or maintenance experience preferred Must have own tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools Reliable and detail-oriented Benefits Through BGSF Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave (applicable per state/local law) Referral bonuses ZIPC BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
