The Receptionist's job is to answer the telephone and greet
visitors in a professional and courteous manner. - Performs general
office activities to provide clerical and administrative support
for the facility. -Shift: - 9am - 6pm Mon-FriReports To: - Patient
Access DirectorClassification: Non-ExemptQUALIFICATIONS
-High School diploma or GED required. - Two years clerical
experience in medical facility or office preferred. - Computer
experience required with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. -
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to speak
effectively to internal and external customers required. - Ability
to speak English language required. -
Position requires attendance for facility opening beginning at 5am

-OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURECategory III, office
Performs reception and telephone operator activities for effective
communication with all areas of the facility.
Performs administrative functions.
Screens phone calls, redirects calls, directs complaints to proper
channels, and completes special assignments.
Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier
